Getting started
Start by creating a calm, tranquil private space and play some relaxing mellow music. This helps calms the nerves and cover any outside noises that may interfere with your peaceful and healing atmosphere. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after each session. This helps prevent dehydration and detoxify and toxins that have been released in the body. Establish your focus and intent. Positive thinking, meditation and visualization can offer profound benefits to the body, mind and soul. Initially you may feel bursts of energy or a few extra naps are perfectly normal. Your body may be cleansing and detoxifying as your cells are releasing toxins that have been stored. Remember to listen to what your body is comfortable with.
Different Settings
– Green setting
This setting is best for starting out in short 15-50 minute sessions. This setting is also best for sleeping longer periods of time and allows your body to become accustomed to the changes it may undergo.
– Low gold
This setting creates gentle warmth for two hours or more for sports and flexibility training, cardio and respiratory aid, blood pressure, sugar restorative, female cycle balancing and youthful hormone restoration.
– Higher gold
This setting creates a deep penetrating warmth and is great in 10-90 minute sessions for joint relief and can create profound relaxation.
– Red
This setting creates a deep heat for maximum therapeutics in 30 minute to on hour sessions for sauna level cleansing and detoxification, natural weight loss, better skin tone, enhanced sexual vitality, metabolic aid, healthy blood circulation and purification.
